اجتماع لجنة قبول المحامين
اجتمعت لجنة قبول المحامين، صباح اليوم، برئاسة سعادة السيد/إبراهيم بن علي المهندي – وزير العدل ووزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الوزراء، وذلك في مقرها الدائم بمبنى وزارة العدل.
ونظرت اللجنة في المواضيع المدرجة على جدول أعمالها، ومن بينها:
أولا: أداء ثلاثة محامين جدد اليمين القانونية أمام اللجنة، والنظر في طلبات قيد عدد من أصحاب الأعمال النظيرة بجداول المحامين المشتغلين.
ثانيا : النظر في طلبات عدد من المحامين الجدد ممن انتهت فترة تدريبهم، ومقابلة عدد من المتقدمين لممارسة المهنة، واعتماد طلبات محاميين تحت التدريب.
ثالثا : استعراض طلبات نقل قيد محاميين اثنين إلى قيد المحامين المشتغلين أمام محكمة التمييز .
واستعرضت اللجنة عدداً من المواضيع التنظيمية، والضوابط لأعمال مهنة المحاماة بما في ذلك محاضر اللجان الفرعية، وتم بشأنها اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة . وأكدت اللجنة على ضرورة التزام المحامين تحت التدريب بالبرنامج المعتمد ضمن الخطة التدريبية للعام 2024، والالتزام بالانضباط في حضور المحاضرات وفقًا للمواعيد المعلنة بجدول المحاضرات، كما هو منصوص عليه في لائحة التدريب بمركز الدراسات القانونية والقضائية.
